My comments:
Even assuming that bing uses this valuable data to improve results, making the user experience better both on bing and yahoo, is a sea change in order? Even assuming that they’re results are 110% satisfying and they draw users from Google, I sincerely doubt that their image can rise to the trendiness that is Google. Of course, as Google pursues anti-net-nuetral policies, they may encourage users to disassociate themselves with Google as a measure of “consumer choice”, speaking with the click/search if you will…

Seriously, a lot of spammers are going to regret the loss of yahoo traffic since they have been relatively easy to game if you were willing to give up Google traffic… Which we wouldn’t recommend!
